We ship standard with Post NL or DPD. For orders of a large size, MijnStijlCreaties can choose to engage another transport company.

Delivery times

For delivery you can expect about 2 to 4 working days. You will receive the tracking information after your order has been shipped. Please note, the delivery times are always indicative. No rights can be derived from this.

To land

At the moment we only deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Standard shipping costs for orders in the Netherlands are € 3.95 for home delivery.

Standard shipping costs for orders in Belgium are € 6.95 for home delivery.

If you want to insure your shipment or have it delivered in the evening, extra costs will be charged. The costs are stated on the payment page, after this option has been chosen. You can also choose to have your package delivered to a service point. The exact shipping costs can always be found with the relevant article and in your shopping cart.

We offer free shipping on orders over €65.

Holidays and promotions

Please note that around the holidays and specific promotions (such as Black Friday, King's Day, etc.) the delivery time can be a bit longer. Especially the postal delivery companies need a little longer in those busy periods to process all orders. Please always keep a close eye on your tracking information.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, it is important to pack the products in the same way as received, because this ensures that they do not shift or damage during transport. Before returning your order, please send an email to info@pasetto.nl with your order number and the possible reason you want to return. You will then receive return instructions from us.

Return costs

The return shipping costs are for your own account. The return process can take up to 14 days from the moment you hand over the return package to the transport company. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order. Customized deliveries

Customized products, namely our paintings and mood boards on request, are made to measure according to the specifications entered by you. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to these products. The sale is final after successful payment.

Exchange product

Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact info@pasetto.nl for this. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product.

Wrong delivery address

Accidentally entered a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you, if this is still possible.
