We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty. The warranty covers goods that are broken or damaged, as described in the Consumer Protection Enforcement Act. Guarantees only apply to original manufacturing defects and not to damage caused during or after receiving the products through your own fault. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge. If you have received a damaged product, please contact MijnStijl Creaties as soon as possible after discovering the error by sending us an e-mail with pictures of both the damaged goods and any damaged package. It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned.
