Quotations are without obligation and valid for 30 days. Quotations may be subject to change due to an unforeseen change in the work. Prices include VAT and other government levies. Mentioned rates and offers do not automatically apply to future assignments.

Orders must be confirmed by the client in writing or by email. If the client fails to do so, but nevertheless agrees that the contractor will start executing the assignment, the content of the quotation will be deemed to have been agreed. Further oral agreements and stipulations are only binding on the contractor after they have been confirmed in writing by the contractor.

If the client wishes to grant the same assignment to others then this contractor at the same time or has already given the assignment to another party, he must inform the contractor of this, stating the names of these others.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will take place within 30 working days after MijnStijl Creaties has sent a written confirmation of the order. 7. Right of withdrawal

​In case that you make use of the right of withdrawal, the costs for the return are for you. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning.

In case of a withdrawal, MijnStijl Creaties will refund the amount you paid for the item, including delivery costs. Exceptions apply, but there are usually no additional costs for the return unless you use a different shipping method than the standard shipping method that we, MijnStijl Creaties, offer. If you return part of the order, no shipping costs will be refunded.

Customized products, namely our paintings and mood boards on request, are made to measure according to the specifications entered by you. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to these products. The sale is final after successful payment.

MijnStijl Creaties will refund the amount to the customer without undue delay, within 14 days after the date on which MijnStijl Creaties has received a notification from the customer regarding the right of withdrawal. MijnStijl Creaties can, however, postpone the refund until MijnStijl Creaties has received the products in question, or until the customer has provided proof that the product has been returned. This proof can be, for example, a return receipt from the post office where you delivered the package. The refund will be made by means of the refund method chosen by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or if an objection has been made to a chosen refund method. When the Customer exercises his right to revoke his purchase, MijnStijl Creaties will refund the amount that the Customer has paid for the product, including shipping costs. In the event of additional shipping costs as a result of the customer's choice for a delivery other than the standard MijnStijl Creaties delivery, only the standard shipping costs will be refunded upon full refund of the order. In the case of a partial return of the order, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

8. Complaints and warranty

8.1

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty. The warranty covers goods that are broken or damaged, as described in the Consumer Protection Enforcement Act. Warranties only apply to original manufacturing defects and not to damage caused during or after receiving the products through your own fault. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge. If you have received a damaged product, please contact MijnStijl Creaties as soon as possible after discovering the error by sending us an e-mail with pictures of both the damaged goods and any damaged package. You can send this e-mail to info@pasetto.nl, stating the subject 'Warranty'.

It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first notify us of any complaints by sending an email to info@pasetto.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur by  https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consumer/geschil/. From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.

MijnStijl Creaties is responsible for the costs of a return shipment in case of approved complaints.

When an item is returned and the complaint has been approved, MijnStijl Creaties will compensate / reimburse you under the applicable consumer protection legislation. MijnStijl Creaties strives to carry out this within 14 days after MijnStijl Creaties has handled the complaint, but it can take longer, depending on the type of product. MijnStijl Creaties reserves the right to reject a damage​​claim that turns out not to be defective, under the applicable consumer protection legislation. MijnStijl Creaties follows the strict guidelines drawn up by the Dutch Consumer Complaints Committee when handling complaints or does so according to the guidelines of corresponding authorities in other countries.

If the calamities/circumstances last longer then two months, both you and MijnStijl Creaties have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
